The gentleman who helped me was named Joe and he was awesome (I realized after that he's one of the owners)......I called to see if I could make an appointment that day. Joe had no problem fitting me in b/w 2 appointments as I called looking for a specific Enzoani dress. He advised what size it was to ensure that I didn't drive all the way and not be able to try it on (very important!). They had lots of sample dresses in 12's and 14's which was amazing as many places I have been to did not and its disappointing when you want to try something and you can't. (I'm not the type of person who would buy a dress without being able to try it on). The store is very clean, the dresses are very well maintained and I had a great appointment. AND they had all the prices on the gowns which some stores do not (my biggest pet peeve is no prices). They did have a sign that said no pictures but I snapped a few and no one said anything. A great appointment, I would highly recommend this bridal store. (Great selection of Enzoani, Pronovias and Sophia Tolli - with new 2014 dresses)

I said yes to the dress this week! Great selection of wedding dresses. Helen was extremely helpful in selecting and having me try on several dresses until i found the right one. A great experience!

I was very disappointed with the service at Monti. Not only did they order my daughter's bridesmaid dress in a size 8 rather than a size 0, but, we have had to go back 3 times because they have not been able to alter it correctly. Both the store staff and seamstresses were rude and were not willing to accept responsibility for their continuous mistakes. The staff as a whole came across as very unprofessional. With my niece's wedding just a few days away, I will more than likely need to bring the dress in to another location to have it properly altered. Some good advice for the proprietor and staff.............do your job right the first time, accept responsibility for your mistakes and never become confrontational with a paying customer! Reply to the owner: Dear Owner, Unfortunately the dress is again much too tight, I think I have a very valid reason for being upset, as I will have to have the dress altered for the 4th time near my home since the wedding is in 3 days. If the dress had been ordered even just one size too big I'm sure there would not have been a need for all of these alterations which have inconvenienced myself, you and your staff and we would have left satisfied customers. Perhaps the right thing to do would have been to have had the correct size couriered to your store before the alteration process even began. As a proprietor of a business and being in a similar kind of profession myself, where you are dealing with customers, parents and people in general your approach was unprofessional because rather than trying to maintain your composure when I told you that I felt that this was a bad experience for us and that we were disappointed because of all the problems, you got defensive and proceeded to argue rather than try to appease the situation. Thank you

My mom and I came here after Amanda Linas and this is by far the better experience. Not only did Helen have good customer service skills, she was like my Mom's personal shopper! Every single dress looked good on her and in my Mom's price range. She found her mother of the bride dress here!

Helen, the owner, is absolutely incredible. She is patient and professional and the variety of dresses is great. Prices are very reasonable too! Highly recommend for formal wear and mother of the bride dresses.

Everyone has an opinion about their interactions with others and while others may think Monti’s Bridal is a great place to shop, I think of them as the total opposite. My wedding was earlier this year and we purchase all the dresses for our bridal party at Monti’s including my mothers dress. My mothers dress arrive really late, almost the week before the wedding. The dress arrived and it was too big and the alteration cost was almost the same price as the dress. In addition, they seem to have a bad attitude towards us, Helen’s attitude to be specific. She was so rude. This woman really must get better control of herself if not her arrogance and ignorance will cost them customers. I wonder if she is like that with all customers or just certain customers from certain race groups. Overall, alteration was good. The seamstresses did a good job on my mother’s dress, but they too also look stressed. No surprise working for someone like that! I will never go back there again.

Excellent selection of high end dresses at a great price. Helen knows exactly the style you need based on your shape and height. Beautiful dresses. Very difficult to decide which one to buy. Helen thank you so much for your advice. I bought a mother of the bride dress, and I-am very happy with the color and design. Helen took time to find the best dress for me. I highly recomend Monti .
