My child went here to grade 3. I would totally do it all over again. It was a wonderful experience for both the child and the parent.

Our family spent a very positive 6 years at this school, and I am confident in recommending it highly. Very happy with the caring staff, excellent leadership, and with the Montessori learning program overall. Small class sizes, mixed age classrooms, and daily opportunities to improve English/French language abilities. Great mix of physical, practical, creative, and experiential learning - all fostering independent-thinking and collaborative teamwork. I was often pleasantly surprised by the advanced work that the kids were doing in math, geography, science, and reading with the Montessori method, while at the same time completing and often superseding requirements of the Alberta Education curriculum. Highly recommend.

Both of our children attended this school for 3 years. Our oldest has moved on being that grades 4-6 have been discontinued, however, our youngest is still there. Our experience has been a pleasure over the years. The teachers working with both our boys have been amazing! I couldn't be happier that our boys have had the opportunity to be cared for and taught in a school environment such as this one. The Principal, teachers and staff truly care about all the children there and I always feel like there is someone looking out for what is in the best interest of my child. Even my son who no longer attends always feels welcome when he stops by.

Overall the teachers are professional and it seems like a good environment. Our experience was mixed because they booted our son for 'bad behavior'. He has been in daycare for the last 2-3 years and no issues before so I think that it could have been remedied. They gave us almost 2 weeks notice so that gave us time to look for another school.

My child still cries about his horrible times in this school. He (a 4 yeard old)went here for a month and a half but I had to take him out because his instructors kicked him out of the classroom for 20 minutes, refused his right to eat (did not let him eat his snack) because he misused some alphabet block by scrubbing it on a sand paper. He went to different schools before and loved all his teachers. But oddly he had the hardest time adjusting to this school. He cried everyday but I have never heard anything from the teachers asking if he was okay. We are a family from a different country so he didn't speak English very well. I have notified this fact to his teachers and tried my best to support him in is school. However his teacher kept saying that he had a behavior problem. His "problems" were not following the instructions right away. I tried to explain that it came from a language behavior and the fact that he was a child but the teacher said it wasn't. I am his mom and I devoted my times to understand my child, yet some stranger who met him 10 times decided that his issues were not a language problem but a behavior problem. His teachers never bothered to try to understand where he came from. They never asked how things were at home nor worried if the environment was too stressful to him. She was ignorant and didn't want a child who didn't obey her right away. He is in a different school now and loves his teachers. Yet he sometimes talks about his times in this school and cannot stop crying. He cries so much and even shakes his body because this school gave him a traumatic experience. He does not remember exactly what happened and I think it is because it was to traumatic for him. I am thinking of taking him to a therapy. I cannot forgive myself for putting him in this school. I would give anything to go back and NEVER SEND HIM TO THIS SCHOOL. I hope you really think about what is important for your children when you choose schools.

We have tried to enrol our son in January 2022. It was an awful experience with the so called teacher taking our 2 years old son out of the class and trying to enforce the mask on him while other children were no wearing their masks properly. He was just visiting, he was not enrolled yet. After several awkward moments, the so called teacher called the child β€œunresponsive”. We are so happy we left that place and found a great school. No child should be close to these people.

Our daughters attend this school (pre school & kindergarten) it’s our third year at msofc and we couldn’t be happier with it. The teachers are incredible and the program is exceptional. Both our girls love going to school and our eldest has chosen to continue with their elementary program in the fall. The teachers have created an environment where children can be independent in their learning but also nurtured and challenged. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for an excellent primary education for their children combined with a supportive and friendly community vibe. Simply, our girls are happy and loved here.

Our little girl (3 years old) has been going to this school for the 2021/2022 season and she absolutely loves it! She comes home excited to show us all the crafts and projects she works on, and always has new songs to sing to us. Her teachers have been great at communicating her progress with us and they even sometimes get hugs at the end of the day from our daughter! We would highly recommend this school for any parents looking for an exceptional educational experience for their child!
