★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has been going to VonKids for over two years. He loves and gets great care. He just moved from a home for kids 1-3 to a 3-5 house. We were nervous about the transition but he receives the same amount of love and attention we was getting before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 2 missed virtual tours months back, but I gave the benefit of the doubt as they apologized and were really nice to talk to. We were told we had a spot, and months later find out we don’t. They really need to get their administration worked out. Disappointed and frustrated.
Edit- in response to vonkids. They’re having long wait lists was never communicated. The spot they offered was not only in our desired neighbourhood but also only part time. I never received a response from our last email which is why I wrote this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to get ahold of and get the ball rolling with waitlist/registration. Able to ease concerns once we did touch base. Good locations. Nice to have a corporate office to deal with rather than relying a single Dayhome individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son has been attending VonKids once or twice a week since January. It's been amazing for him. It's very well-run and we know we don't have to worry about a thing while he is there. Being able to re-live his day through the the Tadpoles app is an amazing feature. We can see when he ate, when he napped, when he was changed as well as watch videos of his activities throughout the day.
I'd highly recommend giving VonKids a look if you are considering a day-home for your little one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a pretty poor experience with trying to communicate with this dayhome agency. When I inquired with a few questions about their program I was responded with “we can discuss all of you doubts regarding our program”. It has been a very unprofessional experience.
I have not seen or experienced any of their facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love our Vonkids day home, and Carmen, who cares for our 2 year old son. It has been professional, interactive, and a very loving place to send our busy boy to. We love the curriculum, and added bonus of learning a second language at a young age.
