★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is literally falling apart, the place is cracked all over the place there are no buzzers or even a way to let friends or family in without going to the door, balconies are small unless your on the bottom sweet wich seams only one has a full size yard, parking is on street and stalls even if you pay for one, if someone is in there there is nothing they will do to have them move it letalone a warning that they are parked in a stall rhats not there's stalls are not even properly marked, if yoir on the top floor aparently if you need your internet done it has to go through your bottoms nabors place when it should be a room all on its own for the intire building, doors to the out side sometimes sezz up and than you can't open it, they fix that quick enuff but not properly, no personal washer or dryer so people can mess with your laundry cause there is only 3 of each for a hole building, and its expensive 2.50 a wash and sometimes more for a dry if the one time doesn't get them all dry, also cant rely on others to clean the lint trap, not worth the price they charge also no a/c and the heat is always on, so little parking that even the streets are full all the time, whom ever designed these buildings did a pore quick job at it, even i could redesign better and stronger, also walls are not 16" apart from stud to stud not up to code.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has become a disaster area. There have pests in here for the past year and 2months. Things don't get fixed properly NO proper security. This last episode causing
a break & enter in my suite between 5 & 7 am. Ño remorse big wigs won't even call yoy back. I've been here 17 yrs. and watched it go down to this horrible state.

Dan is his name and the man deserves some good words from my end after getting the job done right when someone else couldn't before .. well-mannered and very respectful hard working individual , if you ask me the man deserves a raise for the work he does !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only just moved in, but I love the place, very quiet and the suite is beautiful. The rent is quite reasonable. The place is under new management, and Lewis, the new manager is very pleasant and crisply efficient. He really cares about doing an excellent job, I feel. I'm pleased he's going to be at Monterey Pointe for at least a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the best place because of people like lisa jovellano. She is very helpful and always happy to service the customer. I have been with boardwalk for many years I have never given common but Lisa is a the best person. She has shown me lots of different suit in Monterey and Pintree.
