★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible experience with this company. They told us they will deliver our stuff to the US on a certain date. They had our stuff stored for weeks, and only advised us 2 days before the move that they won’t be able to deliver on that day! We had bought flight tickets for the whole family and made life and work arrangements for that day.
We ended up hiring another company from Toronto to come pick up our stuff from their storage and deliver. Obviously, that added significant cost. Even then, these people were giving us a hard time, trying to rip us off on the payment, and failed to produce a receipt (= tax evasion!!!)
It’s a shame that this company even exists when they treat their clients this way.
