★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took in a white coat with foundation stains on the neck area. They promised me that they would do their best but couldn't guarantee 100% removal of stains - which I was okay with. I was happy with how much stain was removed HOWEVER after I left the shop, I noticed that there were brown marks all over my coat (sleeves and back of coat), which I'm guessing is water marks which were left because the coat wasn't left to dry properly? I basically picked up my coat dirtier looking than how I dropped it off. Won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here for years and lately been disappointed with the quality of their work. The last 3 items I took there they returned them as I dropped off. My last item, I had red wine stains on my chiffon skirt and they returned the item as it was and was charged full price. I gave the skirt to my mom as a last ditch effort and she removed the stain as good as new without damage to the quality. Aside from this, they have good customer service, but I won’t be going back.
Edit: the stronger solution is always offered to me, it wasn’t offered last time (although I did not want it anyway). However my point is that my mother was able to remove the stain with ease without damage to the fabric with household products so that’s where my disappointment comes in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Prices and excellent service. I went to this place for a complex evening gown alteration, the dry cleaning of a dingy white coat, and the mending of complicatedly stitched sweater. The company only took a week or so to complete the task and the results were better than I could have ever expected. And the price was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this company.
