★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to money mart penticton about having an issue of money sent to my mother.The employee there who speaks like chinese was with me on line.I told her my problem and she said where is your receipt.I said i don’t have receipt with me now and she said why u don’t have with u.After that she argued with me about my receipt and said i cant help u,u have to call western union.I politely asked the phone number of western union and again she spoke too bad with me.I phoned a worst lady i’ve ever talked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero if possible, ladies were very rude behind the counter even more rude when I asked why they wouldn't do currency exchange on legal tender ( yes it was 1 pound coins from england) saying that was their policy , denying legal tender
Then belittled me when I asked questions.
Would love to get into contact with a manager so this can be cleared up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were EXTREMELY RUDE,MEAN-SPIRITED,DEGRADING AND ABRUPT.
Angela used foul language("F" word)to me,whilst inquiring about why my daughter had been treated SO badly at Money Mart Penticton. She also hung up on my phonecall.
In spite of having photo ID, funds were NOT released to my daughter for several days.
Head office did NOT return this customer's calls.
EXCEPTIONALLY POOR customer service, both in person and via telephone. Terrible experience.

what you cannot understand as a customer doesn't mean
it is your rights to demand more than what you think is a privilege
as a customer....a simple ABC is a hard comprehension to a customer who wants to be understood on what they want to impose.
total customer satisfaction is a hard thing especially to a few close minded ones....
customer service goal is also to educate....and it`s a 2 way process of communication ..to understand and be understood....as simple as that
but I guess not everyone has an open mind.
what you think as not acceptable to your mindset will surely be a negative thought......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great to deal with, knows me not just by my account number. Has wonderful repour with pretty much ALL of their customers, even goes the extra when they have unfortunate events such as the flood over the coxohala highway. She's is always warm smiling and more than fenerous to her lower income customers while she serves before her higher financial sector ones! Love to do business here whenever I can. Even just if passing by I always pop in to say hi with a welcomed smile!
