★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to make sure I said something about my wonderful experience at the Penticton Fairstone Branch. The whole team is absolutely lovely as far as when answering phones and greeting when I have come in. They all have been wonderfully welcoming and friendly which was so nice considering our current global situation. In particular, the account representative Teegan was just incredibly amazing to work with. She took alot of time to answer all of my questions and I felt like she genuinely cared about me and my situation. I felt welcomed and informed the whole time. From start to finish, it really was a great experience and I can’t thank her and the whole team enough!!
