★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N’allez pas la!!!!! J’ai fait 50 minutes pour me rendre pour me dire que ces Fermer.... ouvert sur rendez-vous seulement... J’avais jamais entendu parler de Mondeau et j’avais été référé...je comprend mieux pourquoi que j’avais jamais entendu parlé de mondeau
 Don't go there !!!!! I took 50 minutes to get to tell myself that these Close .... open by appointment only ... I had never heard of Mondeau and I had been referred ... I understand better why than I had never heard of mondeau

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous nous sommes rendus au magasin MONDEAU sur Jean-Proulx, sans savoir qu’à cause de la Covid 19 qu’il fallait prendre un rendez-vous. À la porte, nous avons décidé de prendre le risque d’appeler et nous avons été chaleureusement reçu par M. Luc Latrémouille qui a pris du temps sur son heure de dîner pour nous recevoir et nous fournir toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin.
Mon épouse et moi tenons à remercier M. Latrémouille pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.
We went to the MONDEAU store on Jean-Proulx, not knowing that due to Covid 19 that we had to make an appointment. At the door, we decided to take the risk of calling and we were warmly received by Mr. Luc Latrémouille who took time out of his lunch hour to receive us and provide us with all the information we needed.
My wife and I would like to thank Mr. Latrémouille for his kindness and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service. Je me suis rendue pour obtenir des pièces de remplacement pour robinetterie de marque Delta car le site de la compagnie donne Mondeau comme détaillant. Après avoir montré des photos du robinet en question, on m'a simplement dit que ce n'est pas de la marque Delta ce qui est faux. Aucun effort et désir d'aider le client.
Very bad service. I went to get replacement parts for Delta brand faucets because the company's website lists Mondeau as a retailer. After showing pictures of the faucet in question, I was simply told that it is not from the Delta brand which is wrong. No effort and desire to help the customer.
