Je suis repartie au bout de 15 20 min ? car le client au téléphone qui venait de dérangé son client sur place était plus important...au lieu de laisser l'autre employé qui fesait rien ? s'occuper du téléphone ainsi il aurait pu continuer avec moi? au lieu d partir pour faire les 100 pas et complètement m'ignorer ??
Customer service....phew...
I left after 15 20 min ? because the customer on the phone who had just disturbed his customer on site was more important... instead of letting the other employee who was doing nothing ? take care of the phone so he could have continue with me ? instead of leaving to take the 100 steps and completely ignore me ??
