★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Indian lady does not listen to a word I said and proceeded to chop my hair into what she normally does for a typical 20 year old.
Another example of her work is failing to clean up the area leaving random lengths of hair around the sides even doing what she does best is bad. And to mention she messed things up on a regular basis. If possible avoid this woman at all costs. The Asian woman will better take care of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was not wearing a mask and put the thread in her mouth during covid. I went to this place as Bimlas was closed. She didn't even trim my eyebrows and there was hair that was missed. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very funny haircut, they did! The cut was not even on all sides. Even after telling her that I want shorter, she two or three more strokes, she said it’s done. With hair wet with the water they sprayed, I didn’t notice it there, but was frustrated when my hair dried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here yesterday for threading, the lady (probably the owner) didnt seem keen on taking feedback on how I wanted my brows. She was quick, didnt take the time to polish/brush off the brows or offer moisturizer afterwards.
They dont have a rate chart, making it hard to understand what services they offer to begin with.
I only ended up going here because my usual place wasnt open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! I asked for hair-wash and styling. They are so rude. The lady who did my hair she massaged conditioner in my roots, how come she doesn’t know that it’s not supposed to be applied to the roots. Through out the drying and styling process she kept throwing hair on my face, pulling them and most importantly she couldn’t figure out how to use the curler. On top of that they charged my friend less for the same service(her hair length is shorter than mine). Pricing is unreasonable. Worst hair salon experience ever.
