★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 years old now in west Kootenay, built in 2010. Very nice home, great layout, very happy.
However if you have a skylight like us, ensure you get proper flashing on it. The moduline skylight installed has a built in flashing but it’s not wide enough & leaked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a unit and had it shipped early last year. We've had many issues with the unit - roof leak, windows and doors not sealing (installed crooked), major air pressure problem, the whole linoleum floor is constantly bubbled up with air, air pouring into the house through doors, windows and even at all the lightswitches, siding cracked in several places. All if this of course amounts to excessive heating and air conditioning bills that we shouldn't have to pay for.
Moduline keeps saying they will come deal with these problems "in the next little while" but have not followed through in over a year now, apart from getting someone to come do a patch job on the roof when it was leaking.
The company we bought the home through (Quality Manufactured Homes - Chilliwack) has also been horrific to deal with, not helpful and hard to get a hold of.
Google should have a 0 star option for companies like this.
