★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are HORRIBLE I got my cracked screen on my iPhone fixed and yea it was done in half a hour but now it's screwed up it was only when I plugged it in at first but now it's all the time I can't scroll through Facebook because it goes up when I swipe down it opens things I don't open and when I went back to get it fixed WITHIN the 30 days the guy was rude hardly looked at it and said it was my charger witch is strange because it worked fine before hand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never go anywhere else!! Was quoted 350 for my s8 plus screen to be replaced, because the phone couldn't turn off they had to send it to toronto to be fixed but gave me a loaner in the meantime. Which makes sense even the youtube videos show they need to be off to be replaced. Unfortuntately they couldn't fix it but gave me a brand new s8 plus with a case and still only required me to pay the original 350 plus tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest people I have ever met. I walked into the shop at the prairie mall and even before I asked for what I needed I was told they don't have it. I was surprised because I was just wanting an universal case for my tablet and was again told they don't have anything like that. When I was leaving I spot a clearance bin with the size I need and when I went over to check it out I was asked to leave the store. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS STORE IF YOU WANT SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the rudest most off-putting customer service. Came in for a screen protector. The guy working literally asked what do you want. I asked if he had a certain screen protector. He said "ya..$40". I followed him to the counter where I thought he was getting it for me. Stood there for two minutes while he stared at a phone. He finally looked up and said" oh you wanna buy it?" That's when I decided I'd spend the extra $20 on a screen protector elsewhere.
