M	Michael P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've used Lang Locks for our building for a few years and they generally do a decent job. I recently needed a key copied for a tool cabinet. When I took it in they told me it wasn't a size they carried but they tried using a blank they had and said it should work. As I walked out of the store with the new key I took a look and it didn't seem to me like it was going to do the trick, but I'm not a locksmith. Sure enough, it didn't fit at all. When I called to explain I was told they did their best and that if I had a grinder I could adjust it. Really? I also was given the option of taking the cabinet apart and bringing the lock over. Also not an option. I was super unimpressed with how the situation was handled. I ended up checking out another outfit and recieved a functional key without any headaches.

Made recommendations based on my needs and finished waiting on me in under 1/2 hour. Steve came that afternoon to install them. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and CLEAN! He patiently made sure I understood how to program new locks and left his card in case I had issues. I highly recommend Lang Locks for professional service with a personal touch.

They likely could have done it in an hour, but there was some issues with the reference code (no surprise..the bike is almost 30 years old). Called by them the next day....perfect fit. They even cleaned the lock. $52 taxes in. Guaranteed to get my locksmith business in the future....
