I have a young shepherd cross that is highly energetic and I was having some trouble with the leash training and just generally getting her to listen. Rebecca spent some time with her, and now she walks so well, comes when I call and is doing really well not reacting to every dog we see when walking. Stellar job.
B	Becca Leapley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to put our dog in their daycare but then stopped because not only do they kennel the dogs in between playtime for hours at a time, but once they kenneled our dog for quote: " 4 hours because she's a 'hard player'" (mind you she was only 16 weeks old at the time) the person at the front that said this did not seem phased by this at all and even looked like this was a normal thing. That was a huge red flag, also this is an expensive service in which if I wanted my dog kenneled for four hours I would just kennel her at home with relaxing music on and not pay to let people she doesn't know in a strange place with loud noises all around kennel her for that long. I've heard great things about the training classes but was so turned off by the way they conducted their doggy daycare that I'd never return even if their training classes were that good. I'm not looking to write this review to smack talk but instead to inform other customers about this matter and speak out that this is not okay. Puppies get crazy but it is never okay to isolate them for 4 hours as punishment.
R	R Mac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The daycare is horrible. Our dog would be left in a kennel for hours at a time. We only figured it out because we would show up at different times and he was always in the kennel.

Misty was so knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her service, clear knowledge on what she is doing and patience. Thank you!
D	Dee A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, booked my pup for an evaluation for the day care and they couldn't have cared less. Sat for 20 mins when I had an appointment booked, walked out after being ignored. Booked at a different day care who actually want my $75/week, do yourself a favour and do the same. Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. UPDATE: OBVIOUSLY if your that busy I would understand if someone had said something to me. There was only 1 person on the phone but at least 3 people who work there walked past me no dog in hand, see me waiting for 20 min and nothing, a simple one moment were busy isn't that hard, that to me is the definition of being ignored, your post proves that you don't deserve my business so move along customer service clearly isn't your thing.

Link absolutely loves going there and gets really excited on the drive because he knows when we get closer. This place has done more for our dog than I can put in words. His development and energy levels would be almost unmanageable without doggy daycare. They have gone above and beyond for him, helping desensitize while grooming, working on basic skills, and keeping him safe. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends, family and their fur babies. They charge very reasonable rates for a home away from home.
