Clay at Rogers in Grande Prairie was incredible. Can someone please promote him or double his salary. His customer service over the phone and in person were just exceptional.

Worst service Ever!!! Clay helped me getting an iPhone 12 pro max. I went in to inquire about the phone but it was not in stock which was understandable I asked Clay to help me preorder one but he refused and sail You’ll have to do it yourself.. didn’t even bother to give the information about the website that I can order it from... I tried to ask but he just walked away. I went there second time as I saw a good deal and he was there again this time he helped me to order my phone but was still extremely unprofessional and rude. The phone arrived and they called me I chose to get help from someone else who seemed fairly new but he was polite he helped me through the process but at the time of billing they were not able to update my address and it showed an address from Ontario for some reason. The new guy went to Mr. Clay to ask him to change it, he hesitated and said β€œI’ll have to do it all again just go ahead with the address and charge him”. He gave me weird look and I could tell something was not right the guy hands me the bill which has extra Ontario taxes. He asked me to sign but I figured the variance($200) out before signing the bill. I asked him and the guy didnt catch the difference but Clay knew it was gonna happen already, he said β€œyeah I knew its gonna happen”. He knew its gonna happen but he didnt tell me I had to figure it out myself. He asked me to come back the next day. So I come back to pick my phone up and pay the bill, nowI asked him not to open the box as I wanted to open it at a later date but even after a humble request he opened it I asked him why he did that, he said β€œOh I usually do it so that you don’t have to come back if there is any problem” I bought the monthly insurance on the phone If something was wrong I would bring it back on the insurance expense. He just chose to be rude, there was alot more to that happened I first thought that I am just thinking too much but putting twos and twos together I feel that it had something to do with my accent, the way I look and my racial difference. The way he talked to me about staying with in the marked lines on the floor, when I was looking for the phone cases was not the same as he talked to the other customers. I never felt that bad and had almost never had an experience like this one. I hope corrective action would be taken, better training tactics would be put in place, I hope no one have to experience what I have experienced....

Worst store ever!! Clay is horrible! Clay you need to take some customer services courses instead of picking and choosing who you will be nice and helpful too.. Even loyalty at roger's head office said he was the nicest kindest guy ever, with him adding, I'm being super sarcastic.I have given them 3 chances and every time they mess stuff up..i will go to wireless wave in the mall before ever going back to you clay! You only get one star as that's the only way to post. Oh and thank you roger's head office loyalty customer service in Montreal for everything you did to try and make this right.

My husband ran over my phone this morning! ? We live far away (a 2 hour drive) but I managed to get to this Rogers in Grande Prairie in time to get a new phone- phew! I just feel the need to share about how helpful Clay was! I came in stressed and crazy and he made getting my new phone go so smoothly. He was polite and informative and honest and direct about every aspect. He helped me get it set up, pick out a case and screen protector and was a pleasure to chit chat with while doing it. I would definitely go back to him again when I need my next phone, I highly recommend him! ?5 stars? Thanks again Clay, I really appreciate it.

Unfortunately one of our company phones were dropped and needed to be replaced. We walked in and we greeted right away, that was the moment our amazing experience started with Clay! He was very helpful and informative. Even gave us tips on how to easily use our other phones to speed up our day to day process. He was quick to recommend a cost saving alternative for our company. His energy was amazing and how he interacted with other staff and clients was top notch. If we have any issues in the future we will be returning to Rogers to have the Clay experience. THANKS AGAIN CLAY for a wonderful time.
