The man asked for my address and told me to message his "private line" the details in which I did. The day he was supposed to come, he never came... No message, no acknowledgement, nothing. I called the work line and his private line, no answer. I had this day set up so I had time off work to get my car fixed and my time was completely wasted. I understand it's COVID times and things are out of control. However, that does not excuse poor customer service. Just in advance, if you cannot make it, let the customer know ahead of time instead of completely ignoring the customer. Will not recommend this to anyone.

I was scheduled to meet with Marco, who reorganized his schedule to fit me in for a last minute PPI, and while I had to cancel in the end, he remained professional and positive the whole time. I would definitely use them again, simply because of this experience. Thanks again Marco!

He came and did front pads, rotors, drums and shoes and topped up the brake fluid. He brought his helper and they were both very nice and got the job done quick. It didn’t cost nearly as much as what I’ve paid shops in the past. Very happy with their work and will recommend to all!

He told me would be at my place for 10pm and showed up a few minutes early. Marco was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I can safely say there are not many mechanics like Marco, and there should be! Great guy, great service. I would HIGHLY recommend Marco to anyone in need of vehicle repairs/assistance.
