Good morning, my experience with Ace Auto.was great,they were very friendly, and greater me when I came in the store,they were a great help with my car.Did what I ask them to do, plus more,call me if something came up,also me when my car was ready. The price they gave me was a lot less than any one around my living area,like $300 less,doing the same job.GREAT WORK GUYS. Will recommend ? you to all my friends and family.

Went to get safety certification. Car was certified at this location 6 months prior. They told me I need new part, but they replaced that same part 6 months prior. It seems weird that a part they installed only lasted 6 months. Told me it could be the mileage within those 6 months, but I have the mileage on the old safety that they did, and it was only 7000 KM difference in 6 months. Very weird. Especially since when you google how long the part should last and it says 80,000 - 100,000 MILES. Just not the best experience at all. EDIT response to owner Lol this is too funny. Owner just claimed I asked for cheap parts. No I did not. The owner asked me if I was selling the car, I said yes, then after the parts were installed and I asked about the discrepancy I already posted about, the owner said it was because they installed cheaper parts because I said I was selling the car. Owner literally admitted they put cheaper parts if you are selling the car compared to if you are keeping it. Doesn’t say a lot about their safety certificate standards, as again I did not ask for cheaper parts lol. Then they are telling me it’s my fault for not servicing the part?! That they installed 6 months ago! Then some how they switch their statement to say it’s the manufacturers problem, however I never said I wanted a cheap part in my car. They did that on their own. And by the way, no this part does not need to be serviced after 7000 km. That’s the average oil change time period lool this was a control arm. Any mechanic worth their salt knows that. This is literally too funny, the owners response says enough.

brought my car here and tony was amazing! i went home from school for a night and found out my fuel lines were leaking, i called tony and he fit me in that day and i was back in my car in 3 hours! would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs on your vehicles.

I have no idea about cars really, so when it came to getting an oil change as a never driver, i was pretty confused about how to go about with things. i was recommended to Ace automotives, and Tony has been great in explaining what i should check for and i am so satisfied with the services provided. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is great! Will be definitely recommending to friends and family, Thanks Tony and staff!

This is an excellent garage for having your vehicle repaired . The staff were great . Friendly , professional and they don't have an issue with explaining the diagnostics . I am from another province and needed my vehicle looked at so that I can make the trip back . With all the issues this car had , the mechanics had it fixed and running great within the day . I am extremely happy with the repairs made and the cost of this repair. I would recommend this garage to anyone wanting to have their vehicle checked. After 40 years and six vehicles , I've finally found a garage I can trust and believe in , and that's huge ! Thank you gentlemen for fixing my vehicle and getting me back on the road safely . That's so important. Great job . Thanks again .

I got my wife's car towed here after the engine died. I was advised that the engine seized and it would need a replacement, the car wasn't worth the price of a new engine so Tony offered to buy the car off me for parts for 800 which I thought was fair. Tony called me a few days later asking me if I knew their was a recall on the car for a gasket issue in the engine. He returned the car to me with the hope that I could use the recall to get the engine replaced, if I was unsuccessful he would follow through with our original deal. I'm happy to announce that the engine was replaced in the car free of charge by hyundai based off of this 2016 recall. I couldn't be happier with the honesty showed by Tony and his boys at the shop. I was so relieved with the outcome as buying a new car would have financially ruined us. I can't thank these guys enough. I've always had a great experience when bringing my vehicles to aces which is why I continue to support them and spread the word. This story blows everyone's mind. Honesty and professional 11 out of 10. Thanks again guys, I honestly am so appreciative you have no idea!

I have only ever trusted my dad to fix my car - since living in Ontario I haven't been able to do that, so It was Canadian Tire - I have been ripped off so many times. So I decided to give Ace's a try, and I was NOT disappointed. Tony called me to let me know about a few different issues, letting me know cost and what my options were, Its a relief to know I can bring my car to a mechanic and know that I will be given a fair price and not told that my car is basically falling apart. Everyone was professional and so friendly. Definitely going to be my go to garage from now on!
