Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and see my mom as soon as possible, her eye got really bad and we struggled to find an available eye doctor in town these days! The place is very neat and very well looked after! I’m glad I’ve found you and would highly recommend it to anyone.
R	RYAN Johansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my first visit at this clinic, and my first eye appointment in years... Saw Dr. Panowyk. I had numerous tests done and have never had a doctor explain things so thoroughly. Highly recommend this clinic. Also has a wheelchair ramp FYI.
R	Rizza Monroe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are great, friendly and seem to know their stuff. Most of the staff is nice. The glasses shop in the store is horrible. It's very expensive and the women fitting you are terrible. They will give you the ugliest frames and tell you they look great. Once you get them home, your husband will lie to you and tell you that you look fabulous - because he knows you're sensitive and middle-aged. You will believe him. You won't hear the awful truth until a month later, when you overhear coworkers in the bathroom making fun of your ugly glasses because they don't realize you are in the stall next to them. My point being - great place to get your prescription but go elsewhere to fill it.
S	Steve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All doctors take there time with you & are very personable. I do find patients don't get any discount on glasses : ( as with some places and glasses are pricey but good lenses with warranty. They have recently updated alot of equipment very nice to see.

The Dr. was thorough and great to deal with. Answered all of her questions and treated her completely differently than the optometrist that we have been going to for years. Amazing what an efficiently run business with pleasant people can do for your faith in service providers! There are still a few out there believe me! Thanks!

Refused as I havent had my eyes tested since Sept 2019 partly due to the fact they have been on strike against the Ontario govt even though they are a private business and dont work for the govt. Their response "It's Parkview Optometry calling. We just spoke with the doctor. She said that she's unable to fill your request for a box of contacts because your prescription is so old. So you would have to come in for an appointment. So there's nothing I can do for you. Maybe if you could see if an optometrist there could take a look and prescribe you some contacts, but from our end because it's from September. Nineteen. We're unable to fill it for you"

Lately, my wife had her eyes checked by Dr. Rutu Patel. When she came home she told me that she had NEVER had such a thorough examination and advice. So, I also booked an appointment with her. Well, she went far beyond my expectations. I do not think I will ever go to another Optometrist. She is really great.
