I shopped the rates for two days and opted to go with Go Minis because of my first call with Karen. She walked me through the pricing and process while answering all my questions. I moved from Guelph to Toronto so I had a lot of questions. I highly recommend using them. Hands down the best customer service I've experienced.

I particularly like that the return delivery is included up front and taken care of when delivery is required. Dianna in the office and all the driver's have been professional, helpful and on top of everything, even with short notice (I had to change delivery schedule many times). Thanks Dianna and team!

Go Minis had no problem at all working around all our changes. Once the day was finally confirmed they bent over backwards to ensure we met our timelines and got our stuff moved from southern Ontario to northern Ontario without a hitch. The Driver was great and went way above and beyond what was required. I would highly recommend this company they were awesome.

J	Jennifer Card on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted Diana from mobile fortress for a pod rental and delivery for a our garage and workshop move from Hamilton to the Peterborough area. They were the only company I found that had 24 foot boxes. Diana was very helpful and even moved the pick up dates for us at the last minute And the best part, when we had the pod delivered to our new address, we were told (and rightly so) that the driver would give us 3 hours to unload (we would be charged an hourly rate for extra time). No problem but when it was delivered, the driver and person with him were the owners of the company and they even volunteered to assist in the unloading (not expected but very much appreciated). We were done in an hour and half. An extremely positive experience with great service. My only recommendation to improve would be to have a ramp on the pod itself to assist in the loading and unloading. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Would definitely use them again!!!!
