About 3 yrs in I had a car accident and ended up needing physjo for my back along with spinal injections. Fiona's expertise on movement allowed me to continue Pilates to strengthen and improve my mobility. She modifies movements for various injuries and helps you allow movement without hunting yourself. Classes with Mobile Fitness and Pilates has without a doubt been integral to my health and healing. Fabulous person and studio. I couldn't recommend it more!
