That right there alone is a testament of how fantastic this fitness and wellness facility is. The energy, thought and care put towards each and every member from class to class is incomparable. I love having my limits raised and personal challenges met and for 10 years this has been consistently achieved. No better certified instructors than Linda Raponi and Mika Midolo out there! From Zumba, Yoga and Pilates, they cannot be beat.

There's Zumba, toning, yoga and Pilates all led by certified fitness instructors an all in a no judgement environment. There's also fantastic nature hikes! But that's just the excercise part. PEF is sooo much more. It's a community built on fun, positivity, wellness, giving and inclusivity. I've been a member for years and highly recommend PEF!!

Linda has created a community of people who share her values of inclusiveness, giving back to the community and fun while getting fit. I also love the music!

Throughout the pandemic, it has virtually kept me fit and has given me much needed social interactions. I have met so many wonderful people and experienced many new things. It’s so much more than just fitness, PEF welcomes everyone in and makes you feel like you’ve found a new home, a new family and new friends. An added bonus is that I’m in the best shape of my life! I attend every class (virtually at the moment) I can and it is sanity saving during covid. I recommend Pure Energy Fitness to everyone I talk to (they all ask me how I lost so much weight) and I don’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a fitness home and family.

There is no judgment, only support and encouragement. In addition to Zumba, Pure Energy Fitness now offers Pilates and Yoga. Linda and Mika are constantly learning and upgrading their skills so that they can help us reach our fitness goals. They also offer nutritional help. Pure Energy Fitness is more than a fitness club. Before the pandemic, there were lots of events to encourage social interaction and to sometimes try new things. Since the pandemic, Linda and her crew have adapted these events to the virtual world so that we can keep these connections going. I am so glad and grateful that I found Pure Energy Fitness!!
