(Went to drain some oil out since they over filled it and found the drain bolt to be in very rough shape)

K	Kristine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. I paid almost $100 for an oil change and tire rotation. According to their website there was supposed to be an inspection and fluid top ups blah blah. Also, $ off a car wash. Was not told about the discount on a car wash. My tires were all low (did they even rotate them?) and when I emailed to voice my displeasure and concerns, I received absolutely no response. Nice. Will I go there again? Probably not. Get better service and value at the competition.

I booked my vehicle for an oil change, I received a call prior asking if I wanted regular oil or synthetic oil (as synthetic was what is currently in the SUV now) I opted for the synthetic. Upon pick up of my car, I was then notified that the synthetic oil is double the price as well as the tire rotation. The receptionist claimed she mentioned it on the phone to me- which is an absolute lie. There was no mention of the cost increase. My oil change which was suppose to be $80 plus tax became a charge of over $200 without any notification. Unfortunately this another dishonest oil company with poor service.

Was only in town for 2 days so I was trying to be proactive and make sure they were open even if they didnt schedule appointments. Google said they were open Monday, so I decided to show up with the vehicle but they were actually closed. A nice young guy at the Spiffy carwash attached to the Mobil 1 took my name and number and promised that he would have a manager contact me the next day. Still have not recieved a single communication from this company. Atrocious customer service.
