★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, you have to lock your bike every 30 minuets otherwise will be charged tons of fees! I have a degree in engineering and I didn’t realized what it means when they said unlimited 30 minutes ride. I was naive! Shaw way to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a rip off!! I paid $57 for two bikes for around 2 hours. Next time, I've booked 2 bikes for $7.50 each and I ended up not using it. Even though I didn't use the bikes they charged $27. Don't use it. It's cheaper if you get a car2go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give no stars, poor business model, poor customer service. It was my first time using mobi bikes, we had 2 friends visiting so we rented 3 bikes on the Day Pass which is $9.75. I was expecting to pay $29.25 and instead got charged over $75. When I contacted customer service they told me that I have to return a bike to a station every 30 minutes or I get charged $5. When I told them that it doesn't explicitly state that, they said too bad. This isn't how you treat new customers, and certainly not how you retain any either.
Don't ever use them. Rent a bike from one of the bike shops.
