★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had studied Kobayashi Aikido as a little boy and decided to return now 40 yrs later to Aikikai Aikido.
I am very uncordinated and had forgotten almost everything, but was welcomed by the Dojo. In as little as two months friends are already noticing a difference in my posture... I am feeling 15 yrs younger and more alert.
Aikido is the Art of Peace, the classroom has about an equal ratio of males vs females - the overal attitude is nothing short of impeccable...
If you want to regain physical health, mental health and non denominational spirituality - Aikido might be the answer, it's for me.
