β β β β β The most unprofessional lawyer with a poor knowledge and improper attitude. She is not even able to prepare a rental agreement with no errors, typos and mistakes in figures. I lost my money and time in a devastating way due to her poor knowledge and absolute negligence. Her hysteric attitude and the pitiful gesture as if she knows what she is doing is insulting as well. Please please please stay far from her and her practice as much as you can. Horrible person, terrible service.

β β β β β Moaveni was hired by her next door neighbour client to commit a fraudulent conveyance of a home of a single mother and two children in welfare, and then proceeded to take advantage of my mentally disabled father and his 90 year old infirm father. She also helped in the proceedings to have my brother and I kidnapped from our mother. We lost our home, my father ended up dead, while she walked away with half a million dollars in fees. Rethink these 5 star reviews as they are all from her friends and family. Shame on you.

β β β β β I've been working with Elly Moaveni for the past few years on a couple of different files. As a real estate agent, I' ve had her work on realestate deals and she' s always been very responsive and reviewed the legal documents on time and with great attention to detail.
For my other files relating to personal matters, she helped obtain the best results in a short matter of time and met all of my expectations as a lawyer. She' s definitely knowledgeable, well spoken (very important when you need a lawyer to represent you in court!) and also very human which is rare to come across these days. Finally, I found her fees to be very reasonable and competitive in comparison with other law firms (she will even help you out with a payment plan if needed). I' d definitely recommend her to anyone!

We have worked with her on both real estate deals and civil ligation. She and her team have always tried their best to help us in stressful circumstances.
