My name is trish. I contacted mnp to help me . My beloved husband passed away in april 2019. I was devastated by the loss. It was just keith and I. We had no children. I was now all alone. He had no insurance or will. He had just started a new business that he loved. A business where it was all his and he got to help people with their homes to make life better and easier and comfortable. He was a big man but inside a gentle giant who never stopped giving. The new business and some new health issues took its toll on my teddy bear. He passed away doing the job he loved. I was so proud of him. The next day a man called Dean called me. I explained my situation. He listened he was very kind. He told me I did not have to go through a bankruptcy. That we could do a proposal to the government. We made an appointment and I went to the mnp office in Vernon bc. As soon as he opened the door he gave me an amazing smile and shook my hand. We went to the board room and he explained all my options. He was kind gentle and never made me feel like I failed in any way. He made me very comfortable. He never judged me. After the proposal was done I had 2 appointments with the lovely Renee over the computer for my 2 online classes on how to budget how to plan for emergencies. She showed and taught me the tools I needed to have in place for the future. She was amazing. Kind gentle and a very good listener. She made me feel that I could have a future and take care of myself without my husband. The best phone call I ever made was to mnp . Dean and Renee made me feel strong not a failure. After our appointment realized that I wasn't the only one who fell onto the credit card rabbit hole. And walked out with a plan to pay my debt and how to rebuild my credit rating.

i used MNP in umm late 2016 early 2017 with discharge in october if i remember correctly. Debi, Karen M and all the rest helped me through a very difficult time in my life with seperation etc. and even though the end result was going bankrupt , they kept me staedy and helped and taught me new ways to look at debt and how it can be solved. if that situation ever happened again to me I WOULD ALWAYS REFER ANYONE TO EM BECAUSE THEY WERE GREAT! oh ya and the sectretary at the vernon location was always super nice thanks girls im not far away from owning a home now thanks to the advice and help
