Trust Money Mart. Enough said. (There was supposed to be 0 stars but they don't let you post a review with less than 1 star. More of these could be forced responses because of that)

R	Ryu Sky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What really bugs me about this company is that everybody says something different if your on a monthly income such as myself and live as far as I do it's very inconvenient when you ask the day of the loan can I reloan after payment and they say yes, then you go there and are told you cannot because it's your 3rd month of a loan and you've been switched to a payment plan that you did not authorize is ridiculous then to blame the government I did not realize the government was loaning me money I thought the company "cash money" did that. Just food for thought that if you pay your 3rd loan just remeber you can't reloan right away and screws everything up. Not to mention I've had problems where I've paid my loan and then they had no record of it very unprofessional Also to add being told I'm eligible for the long term loan and then just being told that I don't make enough income well then don't suggest something that you know I'm Un eligible for.

R	Ruslan Makarov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the ladies are pretty cool, it's basically just the manager making objectively poor customer service decisions that nothing will be done about due to her position. She seems to get a lot more mixups with customers which I have seen with my own dealings and with others; explains things straight up wrong, suggests stuff that could mess up someone's ability to just pay off the debt entirely, then refuses to take responsibility in acknowledging she might have been wrong on her end. It seems like she doesn't fully grasp the protocol herself. UPDATE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Within two weeks after paying off a loan and a monthly payment early, this company still attempted to withdraw my monthly payment which I had already paid, causing my account to become overdrawn. This organization is a complete joke.
