★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a great experience with this florist. From the customer service to the actual bouquet, everything was 5+ stars! We had an issue with the arranged delivery date due to a last minute need to leave town and they were so accomodating and helpful. When the flowers came, they were more beautiful than we could have pictured. Everyone was so kind and eager to help. Just WOW! Will definitely order flowers here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an arrangement for my mom's 60th birthday and I wholeheartedly recommend using Cheryl's shop.
There was some confusion about the delivery charge that was quoted during online ordering but after discussing they agreed not to charge me the difference. Now this is where the service goes above and beyond, I understood on the phone that they normally use a delivery service but because of the lower deliver charge and the area of delivery, I have a feeling that the flowers may have actually been delivered by an employee which I was not expecting. Honestly, I thought that they would have just reduced the cost of the bouquet to cover the additional delivery costs but that was not the case at all.
The bouquet is absolutely gorgeous and definitely worth the price. I will be using 27th Street Florists again, my mom will also be using them in the future, she was really impressed.
Cheryl, thank you for making my mom's day! I happened to be on the phone with her when the flowers were delivered and whoever delivered them even went so far as to wish my mom a happy birthday which was really sweet! I was supposed to be with her for her birthday but due to the COVID-19 situation I wasn't able to fly out, she told me that she really loves the flowers and that they were a close second to me being there with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this flower shop and all the florists here! Every year I order a bouquet of flowers from here to be delivered to my mum on her birthday and they are always perfect. The staff are so lovely, and they even deliver them in a specific time frame to fit my mum's schedule. I never go with a photo for reference, I always just give them a budget and they put something together and we have never been let down. Thanks 27th Street Florist team!

When arrangement did not meet Valentine's aesthetic or "premium" expectation for paying premium price, store employee provided reasoning that a previous employee went "overboard" in the past on my orders.
Owner and employee did not share common resolution or follow through by putting customer satisfaction first in resolving complaint feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This might possibly be the busiest time of the year but I have to say that Jill went over and above to help me send my Mom flowers. Despite the 10 phone calls I made she was still nothing but sweet and heartfelt. It’s hard to be away from family but I felt like she really wanted to help and that meant the world. I would never hesitate to recommend 27th Street Flowers. I know they truly have the best interest of their customers at heart. The very basis of a flower shop who can deliver!!! ?
