★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in for a no-gi class while visiting from Toronto. Blown away by the quality of instruction (the instructor was an up and coming competitor actively training with the DDS). The gym is pristine and the people are super friendly. It’s truly a communal bjj spot with no politics. Highly recommend for travellers and locals alike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting Montreal for work and decided to stop by for the 6:30 Monday night NoGi class. I can't say enough good things about Mizu Studio. Everybody was extremely nice and welcoming. The instruction was top notch, the drilling/warm-ups were great, the Jiu-Jitsu was high level, and the gym was super clean. I would highly recommend anybody coming through the Montreal area to stop by for a class. You won't regret it!

Clean, friendly, homey, and they actually explain and put what they teach you in practice even if you’re the only one in class they will give you the time of their day. Speechless. Really amazing.

Love the open mat there on Wednesday where u can see all the bjj community reunite together to share the mat.
Also amazing beginner program !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m visiting from Taiwan and was looking to find a place to train at and oh boy did I find a gem. First of all, this place is sparkling clean, beautiful and open- good location and easy to find. The coach, knowledge, great training partner, super welcoming and really creates a warm and friendly atmosphere- everyone at the gym was super friendly and helpful- training is very tough but not overwhelming.
If you’re new or not to BJJ or martial arts, don’t think too much and just go to this gym.
They really show Globetrotters spirit.
