★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After hearing a lot of positive feedback via word-of-mouth I finally had a problem with my vehicle and I did not hesitate in calling to make an appointment. I dealt with Steve and I can't not say enough about the positive experience I had and this will always be my first call anytime my car needs work or maintenance...it will also be the only referral I will give to others! A lot of shops have a bad rep or people just feel suspicious they're getting ripped off but you won't be ripped off here. I've never dealt with an auto shop that was so honest and wasn't just after my money. Very refreshing to get the honest assessment regarding my vehicle that I got from Steve.

Had a great experience, considering i needed a "Full Transmission Transplant" Steve did an excellent job communicating what i needed and why. Price was fair considering what was done! No upsell or pressure tactics. I have and will recommend Steve and his team at Mr. Transmission!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so impressed with the incredible, friendly, polite, kind, respectful and honest service from Steve and his team. I called a few different locations and Steve's friendly personality is what made me choose this location.
He offered to do a diagnosis on my 2004 Mazda6 before I had to go thru with the service to see whether it was even worth it on my old car. He called me and told me it wasn't worth it and I am so grateful, he saved me time, money and headaches. Where do you get that kind of honesty and service? I highly recommend and encourage to give Steve a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone here is amazing at what they do and go above and beyond what you would expect to help you out. When I had my transmission rebuilt they also fixed my wheel bearing at no extra charge. Another time when I was in a jam up north, Steve arranged for a tow truck to get my car to a shop at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this shop and will be back if I ever need help again.
