Steven is the type to go above and beyond for you! When the seller’s realtor requested all offers be presented in person (in winter during the middle of lockdown), Steven waited with us outside in -20C weather for 5 hours! We weren’t the highest offer, but Steven helped us win our home with his negotiation skills!
Even a year after buying our home, we still sometimes reach out to him with questions about our home and he’s always so responsive.
I’ve already referred one friend to him and would definitely recommend him to anyone, especially someone buying their first home!
