★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Realtor that needed a home deep cleaned and did not get what I was promised. The kitchen counters were not clean, exterior of fridge not clean, dust left on oven handles, dust left on many other things, mirrors in bathrooms not clean, faucets not cleaned, worst thing of all was the pubic hair left in the main bathroom, absolutely disgusting (see video). I was not offered a re-clean, I was not offered an apology. Do not use this company. You cannot control your cleaning crew but you can rectify problems that arise and they didn't try to help fix the problem. It has been weeks since I started my complaints and the only communication I receive is an automated email telling me that I have an outstanding balance.
