Domino's Pizza

We ordered a pizza with 4 toppings, see what we got! Just one pizza with extra cheese without any topping! And i call them, they ask me order one more time with extra money and tip! So disgusting! Don't order any food from this location!

Just moved into the area long time Domino's pizza customer at the Mississauga Dundas store. This location is terrible they ripped me off on a on a delivery I paid for it over online two days later it was refunded and overcharged by over $4 don't know why but that was the first rip off every pizza is below par compared to the Dundas Street store, final straw came today pizza was undercooked missing ingredients again ordered extra cheese I don't know if there was even cheese on it must have been at the bottom I hope but anyways undercooked and this was after a phone call before asking them to make sure it was done right and this would be the last time I ever order if it's not well it wasn't done right it wasn't cooked I ordered a side dish of Parmesan rolls undercooked after being in the food business for as long as I have I know why I ordered the order early for a 6:00 p.m. delivery and they didn't start prepping it till after 5:30 and it was only in the oven 10 minutes not 15. This operation here is a disaster I am avoiding it for the rest of my life I will never ever order from Domino's ever again from this neighborhood I can see where food poisoning comes in to play they don't pay attention to any of the orders they make more mistakes on simple orders order diet Coke you get real coke these are all true examples not a lie I've ordered ingredients did never receive the ingredients but got charged for it and if I go back and check my other bills I'm sure I was overcharged and double charged for some things also this is a very frustrating joint that's why they're only getting one star normally I give Domino's four to five stars automatically this place if they had zero Stars they would get it I hate getting ripped off and making and having the excuses oh well something must have happened yeah you ripped me off and you got caught the manager was nice very pleasant no attitude surprising end up getting a refund well haven't got it yet but they said I'd get one I just I'm just lost for words how can a money making franchise turn out such bad product and still retain the franchise I looked at other reviews I've seen read other reviews they're all bad as far as I'm concerned. It tells me that this location is a investment for an outside party the owners don't work either as they wouldn't they wouldn't deliver such terrible service I think it's time Domino's checks up on some of these franchises I'll start doing some some safety checks from what I can see they're not very hygiene with the food protection either which I believe more but there is a reason why they get one star and one star only this is not a good location to go to or expect good service from or good food you'll never see it I've ordered three or four times from here and it's all been with complaints I'm usually very easy going again the store on Dundas in Mississauga and here Ontario is a great store number one in my books 10 km away this is a dump maybe because it's in a gas station they got too much gas fumes going on. But this is a true honest review. Please avoid this location save yourself some money and aggravation.

very dissatisfied with the service. I have been ordering from this location for YEARS and today is the last, waited for 1 hour for the order and nothing, when i call to ask about the order, the reception was RUDE and make things worse, the manager was even WORSE. no customer service, no empathy, no apology nothing. i was told just ORDER over again, based on today's experience I WILL NEVER ORDER from DOMINIOS EVERY AGAIN. NO EVEN A DIFFERENT LOCATION. This experience is very terrible.

Very dissappointed! Ordered a basic cheese pizza and got a Burnt one. Nasty taste of burnt cheese. The baker should know better than to hand over a overcooked pizza. Take out is based on trust. Did not think I have to open the box and check a pizza before paying for it.

While I stand there waiting for my order, an employee rushed into the store with a mask on his chin, did not wash or sanitize his hands, and proceed to taking out and packing my pizza. I know all the mandates are gone, but hand washing is the bare minimum food safety practice. Also one out of two topping was missing.

Pizza here wasn’t bad. But I give it 4 stars because I’ve had better Dominoes Pizza from different locations. I did not encounter and quality issues. Nor did I encounter any issues with the workers. Be sure to use the 2 for 1 coupons on Tuesdays!

They’re not so bad, but they made a mistake with my order more than once and I find the pizza from them usually over cooked!

Worst place to order pizza. Ordered a big large pizza with thin crust and i got regular crust. Ontop of that got an order of brownies and they came burned. I called back the store and this lady kept saying that the brownies were not burned and they were always like that. Take a look at the photo and tell me if this how dominos brownies look like. Never ordering from here again
