★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired this company based on their reviews and was sorely disappointed. It's hard to believe that so many people would review this company so highly, which got me thinking...
After going back and looking, it's so obvious. Between the four locations listed on Google, there are over a hundred reviews that were posted around the same date. Almost all of these reviews are from people with restricted profiles. Obviously, some mistakes have been made because some of the profiles that aren't restricted are reviewing businesses all around the world. On top of this, almost every single reviewer has a super European name despite the fact that we live in one of the most multi-cultural cities in the world. Now it's obvious, this company paid to have hundreds of fake reviews posted. None of that would have even bothered me if the service was good, but the cleaning was well below average, especially for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. The cleaners barely spent 30 mins cleaning our home. Very pricey for the amount of work they do. Floor mopping was the only thing they did right. They skipped cleaning the windows, oven and many things even though they charged me extra for cleaning the oven
Wouldn’t recommend or use their service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved it. I would highly recommend this company. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting the level of service they provided. They have simply surpassed my expectation. From the start of booking appointment till the end part everything was great and smooth. I would also like to mention the name of the cleaners (Maricar Dennie & Michael Darlington) who did an amazing job and were real professional. The entire process was really easy and they have cleaned my entire basement. This clean was worth every penny. Highly recommended. I would use their service again for sure.
