R	Rita Badalucco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved to the area. Having had a wonderful Vet for many years I worried about finding a good vet in Mission. I was running late, due to being new to the area. They were so understanding, and kept a spot open till we arrived. The staff was wonderful. The doctor was so good with my dog. I also, like the fact they charge a low fee for the first visit. I will be making Mission Veterinary, are place to go.
K	Kelli Corscadden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been taking our dog and cat here for many years. I'm not sure what changed in the last few months but we haven't been happy with the vet service. The people at the front are good. Our most recent experience was awful and traumatic. Our dog had to be put down, which is never easy. The vet did not prepare us properly for what sedation would be like. He administered the medicine and left us for 5 minutes wondering if what was happening was normal and what was happening with our dog. When preparing the IV, he shaved her front leg, and then could not get a good vein. He tried anyways, and she started bleeding. He shaved another paw, missed the vein again. And then finally got it. He said sorry, and then left. End of life procedures at this clinic are not recommended. They made an awful experience, much much worse. Not to mention the small cramped room where we could hear everything going on in reception.
B	Bryan Ward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents brought my dog dog down for a FREE assessment of his teeth during dental month... they were charged $100. My other dog was just suppose to get his puppy boosters on his card and they added the Rabies shot which I did not not want. Two days after getting home the emails started coming including 'it's time for your dogs vaccination booster' of yet another vaccine. Beware all the extra charges!
K	Kimmi T.O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaylee attended to my 11 yr old senior dog for a dental cleaning and removal of several teeth. Also, she removed a growth on Mika's leg. I was a bit anxious as all pet owners I'm sure, when their furbaby is about to undergo surgery. Well, I needn't have worried at all! Kaylee scooped Mika up, gently and cheerfully (yes! CHEERFULLY!!) and assured me Mika would be just fine and she would call when he was done. I went away feeling relieved and confident. True to her word, Kaylee phoned and even advised me that Mika needed a few more teeth removed and assured me he was doing very well under anesthesia. When I went to pick Mika up, Kaylee swept me into the side room and showed me Mika's X-ray's and explained in full detail his dental and lump removal. It was wonderful to be treated as a caring pet parent....not just another person shuffled through the door. Mika is recovering well, without a hitch and I'd recommend Kaylee in a Heartbeat. She is professional, warm and HONEST!

I had wanted to bring him to Forever in Peace Cremation myself but due to Covid, they are now closed to the public and the only way to obtain their services is through the vet's clinic. I checked beforehand for prices and for a pet the size of mine it was $80 plus tax. To my shock, when I arrived at Mission Veterinary Hospital, they charged me $200!! To be clear, they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Forever in Peace picks up and returns the pet and does all the work. I could understand a small "agent" fee, but 135% more than the actual price!! UPDATE: To their credit, they have since refunded me a big part of the excess charge, leaving me a more reasonable $24 "administrative" fee on top of the actual cremation cost.
K	Kiersten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to take your animals! I took my kitten here for neutering and they got me in a month before anyone else at a great price. My kitten is very anxious with new people but they snuggled him and treated him like their own. They were so amazing with helped me understand how to care for him after. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!!
J	Jordan Olson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing on behalf on my girlfriend. She took her french bulldog in to get spayed this last week and it was amazing. I was super nervous about the procedure but the vet is everything I could have asked for and more when I picked her up the vet answered every single one of my questions as well the ones not related to the procedure. When she was under sedation they had even cut her nails and cleaned her ears! Also finished the microchip information. Everything was super reasonably priced/ totally affordable. She is already feeling better on day 2. Super great and helpful staff Highly recommend this vet!!!

Unfortunately she has very very bad dental hygiene, and it's too risky to put her in for surgery & all the staff @Mission Veterinary Hospital were absolutely ? % fantastic in providing us with kind, professional, compassionate care. Not only did they reassuring and gentle with our babygirl but they were very informative but they made sure we had options and never once turned us down because we didn't fit the income level. Thank yu all the staff @ Mission Veterinary Hospital ?
