S	Sandra Rush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone else have Lyme or Co-infection? I am starting a protocol with Dr. Berg and she has given me hope that we can combat these silly buggers! I will be visiting with Dr. Berg again in a few more weeks. I will be keeping you all posted and lets all FIGHT LYME!!! I am going to be doing extensive research as to why our medical system in Canada does not seem to help treat LYME disease. I am stirring the pot. Its about time we all speak out! T	The Viewer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speaking of this clinic. I was going to be a new patient here. I was scheduled September 23 then the front desk person had a mix up so then I had to wait a week after which is kind of a bother. Then the Dr had a day off a scheduled appointment in Oct. I came in the door and felt the tone of the front desk staff was vile. I guess one of them was Amber Batke. Blonde older women in glasses. The other had botox lol. I went into one of the clinic rooms very concerned and told hear my complaint and told her how Ifelt I was treated with the tone of voice which felt dismissive when all I asked was for her name. She didn't want to answer questions regarding the clinic and her practise. Amber is one of the technicians that you see before the naturopath Dr of your choice. I asked if she was in, Amber says no. Alanna Berg. I wanted to make a complaint to how rudely I was talked to. My questions were not answered. For I was told by the manager that this was a kind clinic. Yep I think I actually know this place just wants your cash. Please everyone be informed of places like this. Cash cows.... disgusting women here. Glad I didn't go through this appointment. How much do you pay for this kind of service?? Let's keep this reviews coming. Keep searching for a better clinic.

She kept me waiting 30 minutes after I already told the office I had another appointment, but they did not want to reschedule. She cut my consultation time almost in half and then I never heard back from her. I called twice over the next two weeks and was ignored. I was told she was "too busy" to get back to me. I asked for a refund - they don't give refunds and no interest in rescheduling another appointment. I asked to speak to the office manager, but she too did not call me back. After two and a half weeks, Andrea sent me a brief recommendation and offered to send my file to someone else if I wanted. The entire experience with this office is so unprofessional, I could never recommend anyone go there. All it took was one phone call to me to follow-up and apologize for the delay, but that did not happen. I was charged $270.00 with no benefit to me.

We were introduced to their clinic when our daughter, displayed neurological symptoms that our conventional medical system didn't have an answer for. She was diagnosed with lyme disease by Dr Berg and since then has received the most amazing care blending scientific based practises and whole body treatment. Today 5 years later she is completely healthy, finished university and enjoying a beautiful life. She has treated our entire family for eczema, allergies, chronic infections, hormonal balancing..... I can't say enough good words about this practice, the ND's and their support staff have enriched our lives and am so thankful!

Dr. Andrea has deep experience with autoimmune disorders and arthritis, and she's always current on the recent journal articles. Thanks to her during some long term infections and encouraging me to make significant lifestyle changes, I've gone from being on serious immune suppressing drugs for years to managing my rheumatoid artiritis with supplements and diet. Her colleague Dr. Alana Berg was also incredibly helpful when our young daughter was diagnosed with Lyme disease several years ago. Three months of treatment, and she hasn't exhibited any neaurological signs in years. IF you can get into see them, you'll be great hands!

I had been to many doctors and specialists due to stomach issues, and could never get to the bottom of them. Finally I saw Dr. Alana Berg and finally I left an office feeling heard and helped! With each visit I then made, I was given the tools to move towards healing for my entire body. I could not ask for a more positive experience.
