We were very uneasy driving on 3 studs (on a 5 stud tire) while in the middle of north ontario. Tried the next town --- no mechanics available or they were too busy; tried the next town after -- same nothingness. Called Mission Motors and they said they would put the new studs in as soon as we could get there. They did and our car made it the rest of the trip! We were concerned that it would cost an arm and a leg--but the pricing was much lower than expected. Customer service was great too!

I was in a time crunch to get a BC car registered in Ontario and after a very busy day at the garage they stuck around after 5 on a Friday to get a few minor jobs done so I could pass. They referred us to Spadoni GMC in Terrance Bay for parts they didnt have...we were able to make our way there and resolve our issues! Friendly helpful...supportive.

I also had an issue 9 years ago with a rad in our then Chev Astro van. It took a couple days for us to get a new rad up to Wawa and while we camped with our tent trailer they gave us a loaner vehicle so we could get groceries etc. with our four kids. They go above and beyond. Great place.

What I did not expect was my working door to come back broken with a $300 custom fix bill attached to it. When we asked to talk to the mechanic we were told he was too busy to talk to us. I asked my brother in law to take a look and he had it fixed again within 10mins. I would recommend other options within town before going to Mission Motors.
