★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered from Miso Hot a few weeks ago and meant to put up this review sooner. The sushi here is very good. The fish is fresh and plentiful, the is rice well seasoned and not over or under done. I wish I read the review on the large serving sizes before ordering. We were stuffed, but couldn't stop eating, it was so good! This may not be "Jiro Dreams of Sushi" sushi, but a most welcome addition to area and definitely satisfied my sushi craving!

We came in as soon as they opened so we didn't need reservations. It's only a little place but the service is fast as well.
We ordered the steak shared with 4 people worth the price, was one of our faves.
Of course I try every spicy Salmon roll in every sushi place I go to and this will be on my list in one of the best spicy Salmon roll that I've had. I recommend this place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing sushi! Had a mini stay-at-home date night and we enjoyed the sushi so much we totally did not pay any attention to our favorite show. Rolls are MASSIVE! Platters are amazingly priced. Highly recommend you check this place out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miso Hot never disappoints. I have eaten at many sushi restaurants over several years, all in different locations and Miso Hot in Stayner is 100% the best I have ever had. Friendly staff, with fabulous customers service. Huge portions and ALWAYS super fresh. From the fish, to the avocado... outstanding ingredients and delicious food every time! Great prices!!! They always give a large portion of wasabi and accommodate to special requests. Miso hot is my favourite sushi place BY FAR! I won't order from anywhere else anymore as it always seems mediocre to Miso Hot. Best sushi place around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly good sushi. Their signature rolls are interesting and different than the norm (I feel like all sushi places have "signature rolls" and they're always all the same). Always super fresh and the employees are always SO friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best sushi in the surrounding area! The fish was so fresh, and the sushi tray was beautifully and artfully prepared. The Korean owner was so lovely to talk to, and very kind. Her wonderful gift of homemade kimchi was so excellent, it reminded me of when I was visiting Seoul, Korea. I can't wait to try some other Korean food at Miso Hot! I wish we lived closer to Stayner, but this will be our go-to sushi place when we make the trip to the area.
