She clearly mentioned that I need short hair upto length shown in the picture(my girlfriend showed her a picture). Clearly it was not done properly were done too short. I have a feeling that this hair dresser has some strong listening issues.She doesn't care about customer look and treats them like a transaction. Not coming here again and will tell friends and family not go go there. ZERO stars for the service.

I researched salons in the downtown area and, based on the great reviews regarding satisfaction and price, thought I would give it a try. Phuong lived up to my expectations and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had and all at a fantastic price. Because it was my first visit, she spent 20 minutes beforehand inquiring as to exactly what I wanted and pulling up pictures on the Internet to ensure I would be happy with the cut and colour she gave me. This will definitely be my go to salon - highly recommend!

I went in with an idea of what I wanted for highlights, but Phuong gave some suggestions, and I trusted her. The color came out so great. I'm in love with it. if anyone wants highlights, I definitely recommend this place

Second, she is not able to manage her own schedule. For example, she invited both me and another lady for the same time slot and decided to cut my hair. She didn’t make any sincere explanation or apology to other lady. Third, even though I just wanted a little bit cut and specifically said ‘not too much – leave it around my shoulders’. I ended up with a haircut just below my jaw. The most important thing the hairstylist doesn’t even know the basics and doesn’t know how to cut hair properly. I had a lot of longer hairs after she finished her work. I showed her and wanted her to fix a bunch of hair. She didn’t even notice them. The same thing happened to the previous customer. This place doesn’t even deserve one point!
