The invoice indicated an "additional fee of $20.00" which was never told to me upon pick up or phone call for the service. I was told because I live in Livingston which is apparently "out side of the city" and because of that I was charged the $20.00. We went from Schanks NW ( Crowfoot) to Livingston (17 km) which cost me $88.00! Insane. I would have taken a cab/Uber if I would have known. Not happy. I will never use this service again.
T	Trix Beach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never even called them. My cab driver must have called them. But either way, they called me asking for my credit card number. Thinking it was keys please, I gave it to them so I could get my car home safely. Keys please showed up and picked me up and drove me home. Then I look at my credit card statement and see that nice fellas has gone and preauthoized them selves $150, then send me a text saying they charged me $65 when they never even drove me home. Keys please did. This is the worst feeling waking up to this nonsense when all I wanted was to get my car home safely, and did the right thing by calling my desired company to drive my car home, just to have me be accused of double booking when I did not. I never even heard of your company till now, and now due to this experience I never will use their service ever. I even tried calling them repeatedly to discuss the charge to which they never answered. Worst company ever.

Driver was super courteous and drove very safely. And no problem with a stick shift either, I was also able to text the dispatch to book my ride on time , and the GPS arrival was awesome, It tells you where is your driver and how long he needs. Excellent service

We have had bad experiences in the past with some drivers alternative companies not showing up when they say they will, but these guys are ALWAYS there and ALWAYS happy to see us. They treat their customers with respect, know how to keep an entertaining conversation and make our rides home a pleasure each time. A free water bottle each time they arrive is also a nice touch ;)

They even reached out to me in advance if New Year’s Eve to see if I would need their service. Well worth the extra couple dollars to not have to worry about your vehicle left somewhere overnight. An awesome alternative in Calgary to ensure you don’t drink and drive.
