The cottage is a couple of hours away from their location, so using FaceTime personnel at Mirik walked me through the entire measurement exercise. VERY HELPFUL! The railing was delivered ahead of schedule. I had a few questions about installation that I did not see on their installation videos, so when I contacted the sales representative he immediately got the answers to my questions! THAT’S SERVICE! I need another railing for another property I own, and i will DEFINITELY use Mirik again!

The installers were very friendly and the job was done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for railings.

The team from sales person to installers were diligent, punctual and pleasant to deal with. We did not visit the showroom but made our selections on line. We are very happy with the quality and service of this product.

Great service from the start, thank you John!!! Highly recommend their services. We installed ourselves, no problem. All worked out well and the railings look great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had extensive railings with glass panels custom made by Mirik. That was 6 years ago. Delivery was as promised, quality was spot on, no mistakes or flaws, nothing. I installed them myself and it all went well. They still look as new 6 years on and best of all, the glass needs virtually no maintenance. It’s like it cleans itself in a good rain. I just hose the railings down a couple times a year to get odds and ends off and that’s it. The owner and his wife (who was at the front desk then) were always available to answer questions. The owner even called me right away on a Sunday as I had sent him an non urgent email about a question re installation. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with Mirik for our cottage build based on a referral from a local contractor. Although the price point is higher than their competitors, the product and service is superior. This was my first time ordering glass rail for a deck and Mirik came through in spades. We were on a tight timeline to have them installed and they came in early February in -20 degrees to install the railings. Outcome was excellent. Service was excellent. highly recommend.
