I came across Find a Way and I must say it truly did help me find my way when it comes to music! The staff that i have interacted with (Glen and Aaron) are incredibly hospitable and accommodating, enabling me to feel very secure in my lack of experience in regards to musical production. The classes are comprehensive and wide in scope, and after just a couple of courses the music recording software that previously had seemed so daunting no longer scared me, to the extent that i am now actually finding it rather inviting and enjoyable. the knowledge I have obtained from Aaron has stimulated me to pursue goals i had almost begun to give up on before discovering Find a Way. the space is warm and convenient, (located in the heart of downtown), the staff is professional and qualified, and the school is a magnificent institution that would be a worthy investment for anyone who wishes to further their musical objectives. so thanks Find a Way.

I've been a part of the group and ensemble classes and my playing has accelerated quickly. The ensemble class was especially fun because we played in a "band" setting (guitars, bass, piano, drums, and vocal) with the instructor taking us through each song. They also offer private lessons with their outstanding instructors. Highly recommended if you want to master your instrument quickly!

I start to learn guitar from beginner level in here. The instructors Glen and Andrew are 100% friendly and patiently. I am really enjoying music in here. Thanks Find A Way Music gives me a chance to realize my music dream.

I have taken guitar lessons at Find A Way's Greenwood and Danforth location and had a very positive experience. Every lesson was terrific and I learned a great deal each time. The instructor knew a lot and was able to help me based upon where I was in my learning stage. I would highly recommend Find A Way Music School to anyone looking to learn a new instrument or get better at one. Thank you Find A Way!

Mint Music (formerly Find A Way) is a real gem of a music school where I have been taking cello lessons for the past two years. The school really cares about ensuring that I get the most out of my lessons, whatever my goals may be. I also appreciate how flexible Mint Music has been in accommodating my busy schedule. My cello instructor, Rafael Kuerti, is phenomenal. He gives me tailored technical feedback, and pushes me out of my comfort zone because he knows I can do it. At the same time he has a very approachable and down-to-earth style of teaching, which I enjoy. I have only positive things to say about this place.

My son took lessons here and the owner was extremely passive aggressive, the place was disorganized and run from a church basement. Overall poor experience. Stick to RCM or the more popular schools in TO

My experience so far at Mint Music has been great! Music lessons: I have been taking violin lessons for a few months now and my teacher, Oleksandra is very skilled in her craft. She is very patient, knowledgeable and passionate with what she does! I am learning violin as a hobbyist but If you have a specific goal such as aiming for the Royal Conservatory Music, the teacher will tailor each lessons around it! Price: The prices are very reasonable for the lessons I receive (1 hour) and the school offers flexible plans for each individuals! The Mint Music staff: The owner and the rest of the staff are awesome! In the midst of the pandemic, the school is always quick to respond to ensure a safe environment for students, teachers and staff. Despite this challenging time, I have witness the school put great effort in delivering great service for each of their students. One thing I am really grateful is how flexible they are to accommodate my busy schedule! Location: I do want to note that the lessons are currently taking place at a church building (basement and upper floor). The church sanctuary where I take my lessons is beautiful and the staff ensures that the spaces are also respected! The surrounding area of the building at times may not always be great (Dundas/Ryerson University area) but I always feel safe and taken care of whenever I am there! A bonus overall is that there are always security officers patrolling the areas! I just want to briefly highlight the owner, Glen! He is always welcoming, personable, genuine and very knowledgeable of anything music. I can tell that he always have the best interest of the students, teachers and staff! If you have any questions or concerns, he is the person to go to! Overall: I definitely recommend this music school and I am really grateful to have found this hidden gem in Toronto!

My daughter has been taking guitar, piano and band lessons for over 2 years. Great experience especially since we started lessons at the beginning of the pandemic. Lessons were on and off online and in person always in a very safe environment. She loves working with her individual teachers. They provide a relaxed environment conducive to learning particularly in the evening when she is a little more tired after a full day in school. She truly enjoys her time there. And then there’s the time with the band. She gets to actually put into practice all she has learned all these years she’s worked so hard on her instrument skills. The atmosphere is great and there are recitals at the end of the terms. Students have the opportunity to play in front of an audience and hone their performing skills. The owner is very much involved in organizing the lessons and while for some it might seem weird that the lessons are happening in a church, the venue is actually great because the rooms are very well distributed and if you get to play in the nave there’s excellent acoustics. They also have a great deal of instruments and amps. All in all an excellent experience!
