★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Independent Customer Service Audit proved that the customer service agent was using a politeness policy that denied the Universal Declaration of Human Rights -Article 6 (no one will have their representation in front of the law refused.) denying any mentally disabled person who is incapable of behaving politely in a conversation because of disability or side effects of medication from getting their rights observed while being a member of the ODSP program, denying the individual their rights as disabled individuals.
Proper customer service training would allow irate customer's their rights as disabled people, and their problem worked through properly, allowing for complaints to be made, and solutions to be given to solve their issues, not demand the individual ignore their disability and speak politely anyway: it can't be done, that's their disability, and ODSP says they will not tolerate that disability in their offices; creating an act of discrimination themselves with their poor training.
