★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It shows miller waste opens at 6 but it is not true. When I call in it said office is closed so what is your working hour. I had called before to ask for reconnect service and it took me 2 weeks to get service back.
Customer service always missed calls. Really disappointed with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to pickup the garbage at 7AM, service back then was good. Now they sometimes don’t even pickup the garbage for absolutely no reason and do their pickups way too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke of a business. 3rd time my garbage and/or recycling has been missed. 2nd time in just as many weeks. Good to know my taxes and my overpriced garbage tags are paying for such pathetic service. Even 1 star is too much appraisal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this review a 0 star, I would. For three weeks straight the Miller Waste Systems company have not picked up our garbage. The garbage collector picks up every garbage on the street except for mine. He's a 4ft tall skinny male and he thinks he is superior than others simply because he is jealous of my house so he refuses to collect my garbage. This is your chance to resolve this, otherwise I will start dumping my garbage at your offices. I suggest to others to do the same. The reviews really show how poorly this business operates. Hire more professional workers who really know how to do their jobs without causing conflicts within the neighbourhoods.

Today I went out as they were emptying the recycling and green bins , I brought two up to the house and the gentleman brought the remaining two up the driveway and sat them a couple of feet from were I was standing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like the previous negative reviews, these guys just don’t care anymore. They used to be so friendly, neat, and on time. They would stack the bins and leave it on the driveway. Not sure what changed, but the past two years have been brutal. Scattered and broken bins everywhere. I’m tired of going into the centre to replace my broken bins.

I’ve seen a positive improvement over the past few months. So updating from 1 to 3 stars and will continue to update.

Huge improvement over the past year. The bins are properly stacked and I haven't had a broken bin since. The pick up is waaaaay later in the evening than usual, but I suspect it's due to having to unload multiple times and/or there's been a reduction of trucks on the road. Still deserving of an update from 3 to 4 stars and will continue to update.
