β β β β β Terrible! Booked a room several weeks ago, received a call today for my check in tomorrow that they do not have any rooms anymore, and are not willing to do anything for me. Now I have to pay a premium at another location for a last minute booking, Absolutely ridiculous! No chance I would ever stay here in the future.

β β β β β Very clean,great location . I am in Blue Mountain for skiing quite often and definitely Milestone is my first choice.

β β β β β I stayed there for a night with my friend. The room was clean , bedsheets and washroom was spick and span . Heater was working perfectly fine. Beds were comfortable and the motel is at a very convenient location

β β β β β Best Motel in Collingwood! Very clean and the beds were also comfy. Definitely in my top list for staying whenever I want to visit the Blue Mountain ?

β β β β β Worst place ever stayed. The lady was soo pathetic at the front. Such dirty rooms and poor service. They dont even have people for house keeping. Asking customers to clean the rooms.

β β β β β Worst motel ever. Don't have customer service manners. Lady at front desk was telling us to take garbage bag with us. They don't want to clean the room and want the person staying there to clean it. They don't even have a staff of 1 for room service. Worst worst wost ever place to stay.

β β β β β My friend and I stayed two nights, and when we were leaving I have realized my jean was not in the room, we had checked everywhere and couldnβt find them. We asked the receptionist, and they acted as they were shocked, but their mimics were explaining everything. If you go there, make sure your belongings are safe and secured.

β β β β β Would not recommend this place. We rented a room for one night and the room had an awful odor, was dimly lit and no coffee maker or water kettle. If it wasn't for our late arrival @7:30pm, we would have abandoned this place and found another one.
We survived, but will not return or recommend.
