★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Mr Black for a few months now as I had a challenging childhood. I have always had blank spots in my memory and remembered little of my childhood. Mr Black has been more than professional in helping me navigate and understand some very difficult memories. I have now filled in many of the blanks and have a much better understanding of myself. I can now recall my trauma without the emotional intensity that I experienced in the past. I am developing a calmness that I have never had before. Mr. Black has a caring, kind, understanding of trauma and has helped me help understand my past. I really cannot thank him enough.
