★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done soul therapy and also completed Reiki Level 1 training with Teresa and want to share my experience.
Soul therapy helped me to shed a big layer of scar from trauma that I was dearly holding onto. Teresa guided me in such a subtle way that I didn't realize the effect of it during the process. After the therapy was done, during the discussion of the experience, I was really able to see what kind of shift the therapy was making in the way I perceived myself. It was never a dramatic nor thunder like experience, but was more like witnessing a flower blooming and being mesmerized with the process and the beauty in it.
With respect to the Reiki training, I was skeptical of what Reiki meant. When I opened up my skepticism to Teresa, she didn't try to persuade me to "believe" it, but rather understood exactly what I meant, acknowledged me and held space for me to figure out what I really wanted/needed from the Reiki training.
Since the training, the pieces of puzzles that my healing journey picked up are finding their places effortlessly and joyfully.
Teresa is intuitive, playful and straightforward conductor of music called energy. She knows exactly how and when to tune into which energy for you to unfold your own evolutionary process.
If you're looking for an opportunity to make shifts and/or heal from trauma, Teresa is the person to meet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is not enough positive things I can say about this place. Not only is Teresa so welcoming and sweet, she just has that natural gift to know what you need at that time. This is a great way for alternative therapy and if you are looking to come your highest self I highly recommend going here. Or if you're just looking to expand on your crystal collection her prices are phenomenal and you could tell that she already put such positive energy into the stones and pieces that you'll be getting.
I can confidently say I am a much more at peace and better version of myself in the short time that I have been seeing her and cannot recommend her enough.
Plus she has the cutest dog!!
