The sub is the "smoked meat sub" which claims to have "piles of smoked meat" - sadly, I got more onions than meat. I had to dig just to find some small chopped up pieces of meat. My hubby got the Beyond Meat burger with cheese (an extra $1 for cheese). As you can see, there's no cheese. Very upset about this experience. Definitely a waste of $50. We won't be back.

M	Melissa Labelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pizza and wings at 9:15 pm. Got confirmation that it was accepted right away. At 10:15 still no delivery. Called at 10:20 pm and was told it wasn't done! Over 1 hour and no one called or anything. No one tried to confirm or say something was wrong. This used to be our go-to spot to order, but not anymore. Apparently they don't care about their customers. Last time we ordered the delivery guy came for 2-3 days straight after showing him proof from the bank that the money was taken out. The "boss" threatened the delivery guy for dock of pay, even with proof from us that it went through. We never had a problem until the last couple of months (since December-January). I think the owner or whoever is in charge in the late evening can't comprehend what's going on. Don't order from them in the evening. Whoever is in charge is not mentally capable of making logical decisions, apparently.

After placing an order at 5:45pm (with an expected delivery by 6:40pm), our order had still not been delivered by 7:15pm! Called the restaurant to inquire, and as the employee went to check with the delivery person, he hung up on me and never called back. Our order was not delivered until 7:30pm!! We live about 10 minutes away! Should have picked up. The delivery person gave us an extra drink and an extra garlic sauce "for the delay". This is not the first incident we've encountered at this location. Our last order was also delivered late and was incorrect. We were given a free meduim pizza for the mix up. In this case, a free drink and sauce doesn't cut it. Having to wait over an hour and a half for an order is not acceptable. We were repeat customers but given our last few experiences, we will not re-order from this location again. We want to support local business, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, but we will now be switching locations. Tried submitting an email via the website requesting a full refund but it doesn't go through. Shocking. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.
