A fully plant based place that was on top of my list before even booking a flight to Vancouver ✈️ ? I chose the Karaage Bao ? Tofu karaage, hot honey mustard slaw, kewpie mayo (too much mayo!) japanese pickled cucumber Their Instagram page shows all the different dishes which is great I was here the first time the last weekend and I will definitely come back to try the other options ? location wise it’s in Chinatown so it was a bit dodgy waiting in the evening for the bus The service is great - how come everyone is so friendly here ? (in Germany you would never do small talk with the staff in a restaurant) so I do very appreciate this I’m in love with Bao Buns and I do them back home as well ? The Tofu was so crispy ~ never had something that crispy like schnitzel-like-texture before ??highly recommended also the salad in the Bao is very good, only I’m not a big fan of Mayo so maybe next time I ask for one without that Price-wise Mila is more on the expensive side, but you will get what you pay for ?at the other table they had some amazing looking sushi ? and you can also watch them freshly prepare the Sushi while seating options are nice There are so many things to try! Four stars because of the price and location and the mayo in the Bao bun (overpowered)

It was like a traditional breakfast with some more spices and flavours. Something healthier than overly filling potatoes would be good. A bit over priced and not as refreshing as some other new vegetarian places like in yaletown. Also wasn't a fan of the sign outside that mentions to line up for reservations and walk-ins but nobody comes out to get you or anything so other people walk in without lining up.

Mila does vegan cuisine really well! The food is flavourful and in good portions. The cocktail menu is also quite varied and has good options. It’s a nice place to stop for dinner. Definitely a go to if youre trying to eat less meat or just looking for a good meal! Would highly recommend getting a reservation before though. It can get quite busy.

Quite impressed with how they can make vegetables taste like meat dishes! So delicious and the place was nicely decorated. It was small but warm and the loft is a nice addition to the space. Service was very good. The tacos is a must try!

Accompanied my vegan daughter here and had an assortment of dishes. Standouts were definitely the Dan Dan Noodles and the chocolate-peanut butter pie - both phenomenal. The rest was a bit of a mix, but all really well done and beautifully presented.

This place definitely blew me away. When I read it was created by the makers of virtuous pie I had to give it a try and it did not disappoint! The smashed chips were so good, as were the fish tacos and Caesar salad. The fish tacos deserve a special mention, can’t believe how good they get the fish… never had vegan fish like that! The watermelon tuna sushi was really good too but it needed some extra flavour if they are serving it without soya sauce.

We've been going around town with our vegetarian friend and she suggested Mila. She's only had them as delivery so it will be a first time visit for all of us. The staff were nice. The food was great and the drinks were great as well. We initially wanted the Winona Forever but they were out of it so we went for Strawberry Fields which was nice and refreshing. We also got one of the in-house made sodas. The soda isn't as bubbly as regular sodas. It's in the middle of soda and juice. Overall, the experience was great. I'd suggest a reservation if you're going there a bit later in the day/night.

A posh vegan restaurant in Chinatown, Vancouver. Quite a few fusion dishes to choose from. We tried the Dan Dan noodles and TANDOORI TACOS and the noodles were extremely tasty. Both dishes were spicy with a kick. We also had a coupon for the peanut butter pie, which was delicious. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately they were short-staffed so the service was lacking.
